I bought this locket for my sister for her birthday. It looked beautiful on her. More than that though, the customer service is awesome. The locket came with a hand-written thank you note and coupon from the retailer. I really liked that touch. I wish more retailers were as customer oriented.

Ordered this for my mom at Christmas. Both the chain and locket felt like they were made from cheap tin than sterling silver. Also incredibly small since it is the size of a dime.
